Comment: Very friendly BC Ferries employees, clean facilities but I did get a laugh seeing the additional “seating” in one of the washrooms…

Comment: This terminal could use more information about vessels is going because vessels these could have multiple ports of call or you need to transfer between different vessels to get your final terminal. BC Ferries could easy have signs saying while vessels is heading next a have estimated arrive time for Tsawwassen or Swartz Bay. But overall this terminal easy to understand if BC Ferries employees announcement or tell you what lane to go before hand.
