Comment: We ended up being on a long delay (14 hours) on our return crossing last Saturday (August 5th) and all I can say is the staff were all class acts, very nice, calm and professional. Considering some of them were going to have to work for over 30 hours, I can’t say that it was a bad experience. It’s not fun to be delayed or not being able to dock, but as passengers, we get to get off the boat. They don’t. So, cudos to the crew.

Comment: Amazing views, friendly staff, and so many comforts on board to enjoy. On our trip to the islands in the afternoon we were treated to a carefree voyage across the water. Our return trip had some chaos involved as the weather forced us to leave the night before and that had us scrambling with our other travel plans. Even then the night voyage itself was very relaxing and I slept through the majority of it. Both times we were met with waves big enough to wash over the deck in front of us but it was still smooth and gentle all the way.

Comment: Nice ship, reasonable food. English services lacking compared to French. Several announcements were not provided in English. It’s an interprovincial ferry with one stop at Prince Edward Island.
