Comment: We had a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms are beautiful, if a touch messy, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. We attended a cooking class by Chef Manuel, who taught us how to make aguachile, and it was both educational and very entertaining — it didn’t hurt that the food was delicious either. The beach is easy to get to, and the restaurants do not disappoint. Even the buffets (of which there are two) serve high quality food. The service was beyond exceptional, and we felt like the staff not only wanted to take care of us, but they took pride in their work. Thanks for having us!

Comment: Our friend group had the pleasure of working with Mayra , who provided outstanding service throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived in mirikuta they ensured we were taken care of. Not only did they maintain a high level of professionalism, but they also took the time to learn our names and connect with us on a more personal level, which truly enhanced our experience.
Their attentiveness, warm personality, and dedication made our time together seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to any group seeking exceptional service.

Comment: Our recent stay at Iberostar was made truly exceptional by the fantastic kids’ club! My daughter absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure every child had a great time. The activities were diverse and engaging, from arts and crafts to fun sports, and everything was perfectly tailored to the kids’ age group. I was particularly impressed by how the club balanced fun with safety, giving us parents peace of mind to enjoy some relaxation while knowing our children were in good hands. The facility itself was bright, clean, and filled with everything needed to keep little ones entertained for hours. We’ll definitely be back—my daughter is already asking when we can return!

Comment: Chef Louis was fantastic! The Japanese restaurant was very good and a lot of fun. Overall the buffets are the best I have had in a resort.
The prestige area and service is excellent.
The rooms are tired, but that’s ok, as long as they are clean. They were clean as in sanitary. However, the dust in the air con grill and on top of the fan was thick and needed cleaning as did the cobwebs in the corners. So a little attention to detail is needed. Loved the food, and Chef Louis kept us extraordinarily well taken care of in the gastronomy area!

Comment: My family came here for the week. The resort was wonderful but our experience at the Star Camp was the best part! We felt so comfortable leaving our daughter (4 years old) with the camp because everyone working was so professional and so compassionate. They do many activities to keep them busy and entertained and it was fun to watch my daughter have such a great time. When you come here ask for Johnny in particular he was the best and was so fun and compassionate with our daughter. Thanks so much Johnny and the rest of the Star Camp staff!
