Comment: We over packed, no need for anything more than a cooler and chairs and floats & snorkel gear.. plenty of shady picnic areas. You can even grill went over just for the day didn’t camp. Clean bathrooms showers to rinse off make sure you go during high tide or it gets pretty cloudy!! Wear water shoes the rocks are razor sharp!! Seen a manatee pretty little island if you have a board not a major paddle over definitely would recommend paddling urself rather than the ferry $20pp

Comment: It was a great experience taking the shuttle to Peanut Island. The staff on the shuttle were very nice and upbeat. They even helped us take our beach cart on and off of the boat. We are definitely coming back.

Comment: Everyone is very nice and friendly
The ferry takes about 15 minutes. We went on a weekend, and it was open from 8:30 am to buy tkts. First come, first serve. At 9am, we took off. They will check your cooler for alcohol as it is not permitted on the island. The ferry is every 20 minutes until it reaches full capacity on the island.
The last trip coming back is 5 pm.
Clean boats are very new.
