Comment: It is not an island, it is a mound of sand, which, depending on the tide, can be seen or not. The only way to get here is by water, normally, you take the rides near the Aquarium Plaza, along the boulevard and they charge 200 pesos, the trip lasts just over two hours.
Once in Cancuncito, you will have free time to swim, practice diving, and everything will depend on the weather. The depth is quite shallow and the time I went the water was very cold. Check the weather.
It is an experience worth taking.

Comment: The water is clear and shallow, there are some fish, they let you swim for a few minutes, unfortunately the boatmen who take you scam you because they approach you saying that there is sand but they are stones and that they take you separately to the island of sacrifices for $400 per person, but the reality is that there is no access to the island, they only show it from afar, the tour is 15 minutes from the beach area, their explanation is half-baked, zero service attitude, it takes longer to leave than the tour .

Comment: Beautiful place to snorkel, I loved the experience, the water is crystal clear and the fish are used to people.
The people on the boats are very friendly and help people who don’t know how to swim to snorkel.
The boy who helped me is called Julio and he is the one who seems in one of the videos, he really helps you with the fear of entering the water and snorkeling.
The experience is wonderful, of course as long as the weather conditions allow it.
In the snorkeling activity; I saw clownfish, swordfish, starfish, and other colorful fish.
