Comment: This was an “EPIC” experience. It all began with us meeting the gang (Aden, Caden, and Vince) ( my apologies if I misspelled their names). What fun, professional and friendly group. The boys made the experience additionally memorable by ensuring that we had plenty to drink and snack, but where they really excelled, was with the maneuvering of the boat, care for the customers, our safety and ensuring that we had a blast while making unforgettable memories. They crew knew the perfect spot for snorkeling with the Manta Rays. What an EPIC experience being able to be so close to the action and rubbing skin with the most beautiful creatures ever ( that is, when the Manta Rays wanted to rub with you)
This experience was so amazing, that my husband and I haven’t been able to stop talking about it. Aden was the best captain ever. Aden made sure everyone understood the rules, regulation, but at the same time, made sure to put you at ease and prepare you for the moment.
Finally, but not least,, I can’t leave out the grand finally, when Aden serenades you on the way back.
If you are on the fence about this adventure, don’t give it another thought, cause it’s so worth it!!
If you take the plunge, I suggest you take, towels, change of clothe and maybe even long sleeve shirt, for when you get out of the water and on the way back, even though the crew is generous to have a warm quick shower, once you return from your swim.
Trust me, this is an adventure you don’t want to miss out on.

The captain & his crew were so professional with their safety briefs & guidance. They made sure every one got to see manta rays feeding on the night time excursion.
Apparently these fish spend 90% of their time feeding. I hired a go pro camera. I am looking forward to viewing my video recordings & photos.
This was a very special trip as there is only a few places in the world you can watch and get up so close. The Mantra rays were so beautiful & graceful. It was like watching a 3D performance, like they were dancing & doing acrobats.

Comment: Kiwami and Ula were absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better day today snorkeling with the Hang Loose Boat Tours. Highly recommend. We saw a dolphins, eels, octopus, and tons of fish.

Comment: So much fun on this snorkeling adventure with Elayo and Ula. They delivered us safely to the gorgeous cove, ensured we were safe the entire time, and fed us a filling lunch! We especially enjoyed learning the history of the area, and the occasional embellishment to make sure we were paying attention. Good laughs had by all! You can tell these two love their jobs, their home here on the Big Island, and sharing it with visitors. Mahalo!
