Comment: Over all great destination. Breakfast was the only down fall, but lunch was great chicken and steak. Tours were amazing service on boat was wonderful. All drinks included with purchase

Comment: Dirty snorkeling fungus equiment , Rushed field trip/ excursions. Awful food. The time the boat needs to leave the port mágico is at 10 a.m. Everybody is supposed to meet up there at 9:15. EVERYONE. But for some reason after leaving the port they stop by another pier/ dock 30 min down the road to pick 20 people more, which takes 30 mins to get those people on board. In conclusion, you will spend more time on the old boat than actually enjoying and having activities.

Comment: Overall the tour was good. The salesman elsewhere did a bait-and-switch showing a much nicer photo of the catamaran we would be on. I don’t think he is directly tied to “Cruceros Beach Boy” so I cannot fault them for that.
It is a bit of an older boat, basic plastic lawn chairs, breakfast on boat was basic but good. The staff were overall really good and helpful.
To the Staff: one tip that I offer to improve the experience to you English speaking customers is to better announce that you are going to insist that you sit in the “exact” same spot on the return portion. I did not hear that get announced, nor did other English speaking guests. It comes across as petty and rude.
You get goggles and snorkel tube(no flippers) and you are told over and over, not to take your life jacket off. Luckily I brought my own flippers because I have size 15 feet and was worried about not getting flippers that fit.
Actual time snorkeling was “35 min” but seemed even less. If your goal is snorkeling consider this to be a very basic and quick version. (I think doing a snorkel trip from Mismaloya might be better if you goal is just the snorkeling )
We Left at about 45-60 min late. ( trip advertised as 10:00am to 5:00pm) and we got back at 8:30pm I was kinda expecting things to run on Mexican time, so I was ok with it. But a family behind us had to fly out at 11:00pm and they must have been stressed. As was the rest of their family that did not come…. (Waiting to pick them up). I still recommend the tour, but hopefully you are better informed and your expectations reflect how it may go. Thanks beach boys (and girls)!!

Comment: These reviews are right on and the only good thing is we got our money back before wasting a day with them. We purchased our tickets through a third party and were told it’s free drinks and food and free activities on the beach. We showed up on time, got checked in and got on the boat. Then a staff member asked my husband to see our tickets and started ripping things out of what we were given with no explanation. After not getting a good understanding of what was going on my husband just asked for our money back. We got off the boat and escorted back to the counter. When asked again what they were taking away- the said canopy tickets. This meant nothing to us. Whatever mistake they made- they should’ve gone about fixing it a different way. The lady tried to refund us at a lower exchange rate than what we paid which we refused. She offered 15 peso/$ but we asked for our original payment and received it. This company is shady and has terrible customer service. But as I said- sounds like we lucked out and didn’t waste our day with them. Don’t use them. We did still go to animales beach the next day and had a great time. We were told by restaurant many people come from this boat and complain about the food and ask for help to pay for water taxi back on their own than get back on this boat. Interesting how this guy replied to my review and not other complaints

Comment: This was one of the worst cruise tours I’ve ever been on! The lady that sold us the tour said it was from 12:30-5:30. We were picked up at Playa Los Muertos and she failed to tell us we’d be dropped off at the Marina, requiring transportation back. And we didn’t arrive until after 7:30!
They take you to Los Animas and also don’t provide any lounge chairs for you without an extra charge. Basically you’re stuck at this restaurant for 3 hours in uncomfortable plastic chairs and terrible service to get any food or drinks. This was a total waste of a day! We could’ve just chartered a private boat for cheaper and a way better experience.
