Comment: I was in the market for a lund impact 1875 and my local dealer wouldn’t move from the your price listed on the lund build site. I called and talked to Travis and he shot me a number i couldn’t refuse… so good in fact that i drove from just south of Cleveland Ohio to get this boat. (16 hrs each way) Travis is a straight shooter and is very knowledgeable about lund boats and what i was looking for in a walleye boat. Every little question or concern I’ve had has been answered and handled very professionally. I would make the drive again in a heartbeat to buy from such great people. Everyone i met there was super friendly and happy to get me in my new rig. Thanks again, Travis, Trisha and all the waconda family! I’m loving my new walleye slayer!

Comment: I recently bought a new Lund Impact 1875 from Travis and Trisha at Waconda Boats. I approached several Lund dealers for quotes. Travis and Trisha were 100% the most responsive and also had the best price. Travis helped me understand all the available options and helped my narrow down what exactly I needed. The whole process could not have gone smoother. I am very happy with my boat.
Update over 2 years later: Waconda’s service after the sale is everything a boat owner could hope for. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go to bat for you with the manufacturers when needed. Even though I now live in Wisconsin, I’ll still be using Waconda for my next boat.

Comment: Well we decided to try a new boat shop for what should’ve been a quick simple fix. Over four months later I start calling and getting on them. Me and my father had boat called asking them about it with no answer. I finally get ahold of them and told them I wanted to come get it since nothing had been done. He says oh give me 2 more weeks I call 3 weeks later upset and he has the issue done in 2 hours weird…. We had also said if they was gonna charge us very much to let us know. Figured a couple wires wouldn’t cost so much. Gets the wiring issue figured out then calls me saying it’s not running right I said well yeah there’s water in the fuel it sat out for 5 months almost. Tells me it’s a bunch of other stuff replaces stuff that doesn’t need it. Also has the boat running after I told him drain the gas and put a new filter in it. You would think for a mechanic that says he’s fast and reliable it wouldn’t take almost 5 months. You can imagine I’m pretty upset not having a boat all summer and wanted it to fixed to sell. Kinda hard to sell when boating season is coming to an end. Also if your so fast and reliable then why was I charged 10 hours of work at 145 dollars an hour. Claim you’re so good I don’t think it would ever take that long. I hope I can stop people from going here and save them the trouble. Wont ever deal with people pushing me around like that again and I hope someday karma comes. When I show up and ask them to take 5 minutes out of there day to hook it up and run it since I haven’t had it for months and it’s kinda hard to trust someone that says he just shoved it to the side because he didn’t want to do it. Tried to charge me 60 dollars for him to run it for me so I made sure it was fixed because I know if it wasn’t these crooks wouldn’t care. 1800 dollars for a couple wires replaced ignition which worked fine tried to blame my father for things. Didn’t hook any of the wires back up they unhooked. Messed up locking device on my motor for trolling. Overall hope they get what they deserve. Hope you guys are happy you robbed someone seems like that’s what you guys like to do. Wont be taking anything to you guys ever again and will be spreading the word believe me. Normal people will call and let someone know what’s going on and keep me updated. Should’ve came and got it after it sat for a month. Normal people have more respect understand you’re “busy” yeah so am I doesn’t stop me from getting things done for people. Really was hoping this world wasn’t like this already but unfortunately it is. I’m sure you treat a few customers right and well they are damn lucky. Hopefully I can stop lots of people from doing business with you guys and save them the hassle. Btw deleting this review isn’t gonna help. Now I see why there aren’t any bad reviews on here haha
