Comment: 8/24 This is one of those things to do if you love in CT because anytime someone visits from out of state, they’ll ask you about it. Got a few friends to go with me, and we enjoyed our ferry ride and then went to the Thimble Island Brewery. The parking area for the ferry can be tricky in busy season so I suggest you park in the nearby church parking lot. All they ask is for a monetary donation. So a win win for all.

Comment: The boat tours were full and wanted time on the water. The ferry service was perfect. Small boat with great people and wonderful captain. Stayed on the refuge island and enjoyed the calm and quiet. Will choose the ferry every time

Comment: Enjoyed our tour on the Sea Mist. The captain and crew were very professional. Boat was not overcrowded. Took us on a 45 minute tour around most all of the Thimble Islands. The captain explained the history of the islands and shared some stories about former owners. We watched as music equipment was being unloaded on one of the islands for a party. The tour was fun and we will be back with family and friends next time.

Comment: Great way to spend the afternoon. Definitely book your ferry ahead of time. Staff is friendly, drinks reasonably priced and our tour guide was great.
