Comment: Great experience! Crew members were friendly, boat is really clean! They are very structured and things run pretty smoothly as a result! Best place to sit on the ferry boat is mid level on the white benches in the shade, so you can take pictures!
Parking is nearby and is just a couple of minutes walk to get in line. It can be a little confusing, just be patient and have fun!

Comment: Our group of 6 had a fantastic experience on Catalina Flyer. One of our group is disabled and uses a motorized wheelchair. The Catalina Flyer crew was so helpful in assisting him in navigating the ramps. The boat was comfortable and bathrooms were well maintained. Crew was super friendly. It was nice to have beverage & food/snack options. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comment: Upgraded to VIP and had drinks n snacks 50% off. Great deal on a 1 1/2 hr flyer ride. Service was great and the people were polite n friendly. Hope to see them on my return back.

Comment: I went on the Catalina Flyer Ferry at 7:30am, and came back on board at 4:30pm. Everyone on-board and on land did a great job on making sure we have a great experience. We got on and off the vessel relatively fast, given the large amount of passengers. The WiFi was fast and consistent, which really came in handy. I really appreciated the captain and crew slowing/stopping the boat to allow us to watch the dolphins and whales. It felt like a 2-in-1 experience. I will be back again.

Comment: The ride to and from Catalina was AWESOME! The boat did arrive late into Avalon last boat out-said it has to respond to an SOS call-and it put us off on our scheduled return home and less sleep the next day. Crew was kind, courteous knowledgeable and ensuring!!!
Will travel on your boats again!
