Comment: Ugly, bathrooms are pay only which is absolutely draconian. Food options are terrible and signage is minimal. No easy to access rideshare area, encouraging everyone to use inflated priced taxis.

Comment: Very busy bus terminal. However, there are plenty of options to choose from as well as places to eat and drink coffee. Not many places to sit and somewhat chaotic. Overall, it’s a good terminal to get around Mexico.

Comment: One of my bags was stolen from under the table where I was having lunch (next to Church’s Fried Chicken). I tried to inform a security officer with an “Auxiliary Police”patch on his uniform. He didn’t speak or understand English and didn’t seem interested in helping. This “security” officer was more interested in playing with his phone than doing his job. This incident obviously messed up my holiday.

Comment: There is food vendors, ATM, souvenirs and stores to buy a pillow if needed plus de busses for every destination and the structure real nice.

Comment: A confusing and large bus station. Not very obvious where to exit, luckily a fellow passenger pointed us in the right direction. Taxi drivers everywhere hawking their services. The ride-sharing pickup is outside the steel fence, so make sure you exit the station fully (plus it’ll get you away from the taxi drivers).
