Comment: we took the ferry from Valdez to Whittier. it takes 6 hours, and you have to arrive 1.5-1 hours before the departure.
you can charge your phones onboard, but you can’t have any access to your car during the trip.

Comment: Loved how there were charging stations at the booths on the ferry. Great food at the restaurant on board! Beautiful views. Loved the experience. Friendly staff! Clean vessel.

Comment: If you ever get the opportunity to go over and see Whittier or Cordova this is the absolute only choice or fly can be a little bit pricey but very nice boat.

Comment: I’ve traveled on the ferries several times. I have always had a good experience! Good and reasonably priced food is available. The staff has been very helpful. Sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate, but you can’t blame the ferry for that. That’s just Alaska weather.
