Comment: We enjoyed our Buffalo Safari Tour with Dave P; he is a great tour guide. We missed the Buffalo Round up on Friday, Dave took us to the corrals to see the buffalo. Dave is very knowledgeable of South Dakota history, he was funny and made our tour fun. When we return to Custer State Park we will do this tour again and request Dave. Thanks for a great experience Dave.

Comment: The jeep tour was amazing! Our guide was Merle and he was very informative. He made the whole experience fun, enjoyable, and entertaining. He knew a lot of history of the place, told us all about the Buffalo, and we saw many more animals on the tour. We also had being from Nebraska in common so that was pretty cool as well. Our kids had a great time, and one of them even wants to come work for you guys lol. Would definitely recommend the tour!

Comment: Our tour was 6:00 a.m. Thursday July 18th. Our tour guides name was Jeff. He was awesome. A wealth of knowledge and great sense of humor. Not only were we lucky enough to be among a herd of about 300+ Buffalo. We also saw lots of prairie dogs, prong horn antelope, and a few species of beautiful birds. We were also lucky enough to go up on gobblers knob Road. Quite the experience. Would highly recommend this tour. You can drive the outer loop on your own and maybe even see Buffalo. But you won’t get all that Knowledge As you’re driving along.

Comment: We had a fabulous experience on our sunrise jeep safari at Custer State Park. The tour left on time (actually early as all of our party was there) and had very warm blankets available for us. Our guide was very knowledgeable and encouraged all of our questions. He knew where to go to find the Buffalo and took us on private roads to see them up close. Also saw antelope, blue birds, deer, prairie dogs, the famous donkeys, and tons of buffalo. Highly recommend!!

Comment: Wonderful experience! My husband and I, along with our 6 and 10 yo went on the tour. We saw a wide variety of animals and beautiful scenery. We primarily stayed on scenic route and could have driven ourselves but would not have learned about the park and animals and would not have been able to really enjoy it like we did on the tour. It was just by chance the buffalo were right on the route. We also went on some off roads and were taken to top of hill where there was an 360 degree view. All of us enjoyed it and would definitely do it again!
