Comment: Waiting room A is very dirty, especially washroom. The doors in washroom even disgusting to open. All washroom is in stains. I just back from travelling and saw many public washrooms during my trip-this one is the worst… I love Vancouver with all my heart and I hope my review will improve this important part of the city.

Comment: If I could give a 0 I would. The washrooms were something from out of a horror film (at the terminal). Having to wait for the 10:45pm sailing, there isn’t much option for alternative washrooms. In the women’s washroom there were literal handfuls of human feces smeared all over one of the bathroom toilet seats. In the men’s, there was a backed up toilet with dirty feces water all over the floor coming out of a backed up toilet. Overall, they are absolutely filthy. Do better.

Comment: First time on the ferry and it was so easy and simple. We already had tickets so skipped the line got on with ease! The actual ferry is spacious, cozy and well laid out. Got some great shots from the deck despite the weather being a little drizzly. Looking forward to my next ferry ride!

Comment: I missed the 1.40pm ferry and next one is 4pm. Why the time gap between each ferry is way too much. Its just ridiculous. Missing a ferry is my fault. However, why dont you sail every 30-45 minutes instead of 2 and a half hours? Round trip already takes 5 hours and you guys are not helping at all.

Comment: Waiting to board the 1010 ferry to Nanaimo. It’s 1015. No announcements , ferries been in for 30 min .
Bc ferries doesn’t have a schedule really.
Guess ill be calling in to work 2morrow
