Comment: Beware if you have an oil cooler and you want your boat winterized. Specifically reminded them of the oil cooler and they failed to drain it. Fail on our part to get the boat on the water prior to vacation but had it running on the muffs in the driveway. First day of vacation see a ton of water in the engine section… end of the oil cooler was pushed off and gushing water. Thanks great lakes for taking zero responsibility. You won’t have to worry about this boat ever again.

Comment: If you order from these people you are their time. do not believe them when they say two weeks. it took them 6. there was no communication from them telling me it was going to take 6. I had to call after 3 weeks, then at 4 weeks they say it would be until the 6th week. This company totally stole my summer. Don’t bother, and just order online from some more honest company.

Comment: I bought a used almost new 1980 Ebko boat from a private party in 1981. Since it had not had the break in maintenance completed I took it to Great Lakes Marine to have the first maintenance done. 41 years later I have taken it to no other shop because I’ve always been treated fairly and advised honestly how about any maintenance or repair needed. Over the years the business has grown tremendously and it makes it necessary to schedule work a little further in advance but it is well worth it. I met people coming from Boulder have work done because of the reputation of the shop. Here’s the same boat in 2020. The boat has lots of hours over the years at Lake Powell and many other lakes. Repairs done in those 40 years included head gasket, power pack, coil, water pumps and starter. It’s in use now in Kansas by my kids and grandkids.

Comment: Service department very professional. Scheduling was easy, explained everything well, serviced / tuned up my 1984 Galaxy 140hp fishing / ski boat. Added an additional battery and switch. Very detailed and clean work, runs great now! Very happy with the service received and the value! Thank you. Brandon

Comment: So my first experience with Great Lakes was so good, I’d like to share. I spent a little more money having them winterize my Nautique. I just unwrapped the plastic and am blown away with the over the top effort to completely protect my boat. They did an awesome job, much better than the discount guy I used to use. My boat was completely dry inside and ready for the water.
