Comment: The ride is short but it’s very relaxing and there’s a laid back vibe. I sat up top, even though it was hot outside, it felt nice. Really enjoyed the view. I like that you can use your Jazzy pass to ride and unlike the streetcar it wasn’t too crowd. Once, you get to the Algiers side, there are some cool local spots you explore or you can walk the level. Definitely a worthwhile tourist attraction.

Comment: Not to busy. Ferry looks like so much fun. They have a music band, foods and drinks.
People are dancing and drinking. Have a great time. Ticket is around 42 bucks for person.

Comment: The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) of New Orleans deserves congratulations for the wonderful Ferry to Algiers, located at the end of Canal Street. The station is clean and modern, the ferry is on schedule and the fare is very reasonable. I have used public transportation all over and this is as good as any I have experienced and much better than most.
