Comment: Good experience. Cheaper than ultramar, so inevitably there is some disadvantages : the boat is a little bit slower and seems less comfortable. But anyway the journey was pleasant and clean. More authentic, there were more locals and fewer tourists. I recommand it.

Comment: The boat was fine, all indoor seating. Took about 40 minutes each way. The price was 901.50MX for two of us, return.
Return sailing times in the evening were limited, 5:30, 7:30, and 9pm.

Comment: This ferry is a bit cheaper than the main ferry company to Isla mujeres. It’s slightly slower too but only took 35/40 mins to get there. The staff were friendly and it was on time both on the way there and back. Just don’t trust the leaving times on their website, you’re best to go check it from their stall at the port.

Comment: Do not recommend. Go to Ultramar. It’s the same price. The boats are inside only. You can’t see the water. Take nice pictures.

Comment: Good side: from Cancún to Isla Mujeres it’s 60 pesos cheaper than other ferries.
Bad side: it’s a waste of time. The schedule is really unreliable; we waited for 60 minutes at Isla Mujeres, as the scheduled ferry didn’t arrive. And the ferry itself is much slower as the other ones. Also the gate at Isla Mujeres is not signposted at all.
