Comment: Such a sweet ride to go from Canada to the USA (or vice versa).
Comfortable, really friendly staff and fleet, and with all the amenities you could want. Entertainment as well.
I highly recommend considering this journey.

Early so we could get the express pass. We have a camper an were advised we had to back down the ramp into the boat as in Yarmouth there is a sharp 90 degree turn. So thank you crew for saving the hard work on that! The boat The Cat was awesome! Again the staff were really friendly an know their stuff! The chairs are comfortable, the scenery is great an they let you outside too. We also had a couple chicken bacon wraps that were delicious. They offer 3 different seating areas with loads of space. They play a movie for kids in one section an a different one in the other. Nice environment, clean an well thought over for customer comfort.
It was a great trip! I definitely recommend it!

Comment: We planned a whole trip around using the ferry to travel to Nova Scotia from the US. The ferry kept us on the hook for three days before cancelling last minute claiming there was a weather issue . I am not a meteorologist , however there were no forecasts for high winds /seas or even rain that we could see. I suspect they may not have had enough passengers to warrant the ferry running . I will not get into detail about the many stressors this caused, but I would not recommend using this ferry as a way of transportation . We are deeply disappointed as we had to cancel all our plans in Halifax , not to mention accruing more costs to get back home. They do not deserve even one star

Comment: It was an enjoyable experience. The staff were helpful and nice, the ferry was clean. The gift shop and food were a little overpriced, but I really didn’t get on the ferry to eat and shop. I will go again in the future.
