Comment: A small but very functional airport. It is a breeze to get from the aircraft to your transportation outside. During arrivals and departures, there are shopping options, and food options for you that should suffice. While landing you have a great view of the mountains, so do please look outside your aircraft windows.

Immigration quite well managed and fast.
Facilities quite poor function, without smoking room, one shop inside. Have free water services.
Overall quite ok but not much choice.

Comment: Rude staffs at domestic check-in. Check-in staffs cannot communicate in English and very rude. Bad attitude towards foreigners. Even throw passport in front of people.

Comment: This small airport in Lijiang is the gateway for visiting international travellers. Although the airport is small and not well equip with duty free shops, cafe and restaurant, it has the necessary set up of an international airport to support internation travel in and out of Lijiang. The airport is clean, quite spacious and ground personnel are quite efficient in handling traveller logistic from check-in till boarding.
