Comment: The Badger is a historic ship which makes for a memorable experience. They do well to offer movies, tv, bingo, gaming room, shopping, food while on board. You have a large selection of seating options on board which helps with the long crossing. The boarding process is a bit confusing- you leave your car with the keys in it and staff load/unload for you.

Comment: We are taking a coal fired ferry across Lake Michigan. Checking another bucket list item off. 5his is a four hour trip and of you bring sandwiches and drinks the cooler is limited to 12 by 12. Plus no alcohol. However, there is dining and a bar on board.

Comment: Been crossing on the Badger for 20 years. The crew is top notch. As some of the passengers increasingly become rude, entitled and disrespectful to the crew. The crew continues to be respectful. The Badger is an amazing ship and this is an amazing experience each and every time.

Comment: Loading our motorcycles was pretty well organized, except for the guy who was supposed to help us tie them down. He just sort of pointed to the spot to park them, and then turned around and mumbled something nobody heard as he walked away.

Comment: Do not take the day trip!!! We were told when booking we would have time to disembark, have lunch in Manitowoc, with plenty of time to re-board and head back to Ludington. We paid over $200 for the day trip. We left Ludington 30 minutes late because someone did not leave their keys in the car to load on the ferry. When we arrived in Wi, we waited almost 30 minutes to disembark…so all we could do was get back in a line to board again. Now looking forward to 4 hours back across, with no time in Wisconsin, nothing to eat and a bad experience. Leave your day trippers on the boat and provide them lunch while you are unloading and loading or don’t have day trippers at all?
