Comment: Always a cool ride across the river like the settlers used to do ! Not many around to experience how it once was. A good safe crew and well operated fairy.
I try to go that way a couple times a summer!

Comment: You don’t get many chances to ride a small river ferry anymore, and the chances are disappearing. If you’re in the area take the time and give it a try. Pretty quick and not very out of the way, and there are even a couple of worthwhile historical stops close by. Friendly staff and you can get out for a few minutes and enjoy the view.
