Comment: Lovely ferry with prompt/on-time service all things willing. Staff was exceptional, they made the journey feel safe and enjoyable. There’s a top viewing deck with seats and a table along with more seats on the main floor of the boat. The trip is short but the views are beautiful. I would say the best view of the city is leaving the Ferry Building for Treasure Island because you would be looking off the back of the boat unobstructed. The cost during the week was $5 and they took card, tap to pay, and online tickets when I went. I don’t believe they take Clipper Card but could’ve misunderstood. If it’s the weekend I would just buy the tickets online to ensure you have a seat there and back. Very cute and safe. I don’t think they run late into the night either so make sure you understand the time table. Made it from Panorama Park down to the terminal in about 20mins walking.

Comment: This is a very nice ferry. The view is beautiful. What’s better is the ride. The boat is new and clean and there’re not many passengers. It feels like a private service!

Comment: Beautiful views of the city, the bay bridge and on a clear day you can see the Golden gate too. Great side walk. It tends to be windy so Cary and jacket

Comment: Amazing, we got a generous free ride from Albert, plenty of amazing pictures and smooth ride. Great crew that offered great advice on what to do on Treasure Island, as well as giving some history to the island.

Comment: This is a scam! DO NOT USE THIS FERRY! They cancel ferry service for an entire morning with no notice. We waited for 2 hours, during which 2 ferries should have left, without seeing a single one. Thank goodness for MUNI route 25, which got us to SF. All emails requesting a refund for repurchased tickets went unanswered.
