About 1 hour 30 minutes late didn’t even offer me to change buses even tho another one going the same direction from the same bus line arrived. And the workers they have horrible people hopefully they lose their jobs they are worthless workers with the minimum experience and customer service. Give me my money back you worth less company

Comment: It is the first time that I travel on TAP, and I have a bad experience, they are unpunctual and they asked me to board 15 minutes early, I waited 50 minutes waiting for the truck on the platform, at the ticket office they treated me well and were friendly, it is not good that they do Waiting so long, I see older people standing on the platform waiting to board for fear of losing their truck because they had to board much, much earlier. Better bad for being known than good for being known. The truck arrived and the driver told us that it was arriving here, they went to ask and that it was always going to leave, what a bad organization.
