Comment: Soooo much better than dealing with Chicago traffic. Even with 13 mph north east winds, the ride was relatively smooth. The passenger area is very nice and comfortable. I didn’t think premier was worth it, tables are small, it’s a smaller area cramped area compared to regular. I had the burger from the cafe they have, wouldn’t recommend it. I can’t speak to the rest of the food. The crew was excellent. Fast, polite and efficient. Even Darth Vader was there to send us off! I think they use the force to push the ferry to Milwaukee, it’s more fuel efficient.

Comment: Friendly staff, clean interior and bathrooms, smooth and fast ride, great sunset views. We bought seats to the premium lounge which has more legroom, wifi and table service for food and drinks. Food was average. If going with a family and a car it would be very expensive but it’s a great experience.

Comment: I enjoy a good ferry ride. The lake was calm and it’s just a fun experience. The staff runs a tight ship, very well organized. We took Harley’s, and they have a bunch of ratchet straps and hooks mounted in the floor to secure motorcycles. We brought along our own soft ties to attach the straps to the bikes, IYKYK. There’s no cell service in the middle of the lake, so I took a nap for a fair share of the trip. There’s decent seats, bigger than an airplane, and tables too. I would have given it 5 stars but it’s a bit pricey, once you factor in the vehicle cost, plus the human cost, plus the fuel surcharge, and the other charges, and $10 for wifi. But it saved me another trip thru Chicago, so it was all good

Comment: Great Experience and Fun Ride. Great commute to cut down traffic, kick up your feet and relax. You may even travel with children, pets, bikes, motorcycles, and cars. Must experience!

Comment: Excellent way to save time, avoiding driving around Chicago. Well managed, passengers and cars organized to be loaded and unloaded expediently. Friendly courteous staff. Comfortable seating, tables, and good food, drinks.
