Comment: The area is under construction, still the terminal is easy accessible. Everyone must present their ID card to an officer before onboarding which made the process slow and people were awaiting on long queues. It will be nice to consider the passport self-check in kiosks.

Comment: I was traveling by Stena Jutlandica frpm Gothenburg to Fredrikshavn and ther direction a week later.
I must say I loved the frondly staff and the helpfulness and advice.
There is a pizzeria that is pet friendly with free waterbowls a family area and resring chairs (those are a little bit extra)
In the bar a very talented musician hels a music quiz wich was very fun (whatever you pay him give him a raise)

Comment: Stena Jutlandica that was going to take us to Fredrikshavn for our trip back to Switzerland on Monday afternoon docked at 15.15 and left 45 minutes later, on time, after having unloaded and reloaded the ship. Impressive!! A Swedish X-mas buffet was served in the main dining saloon but this was too much for us since we had planned for a dinner at our next stop in Aalborg. Consequently, we settled for a shrimp sandwich and a beer; not a culinary high-light but it was settling after having driven the last 200 kilometres from Uppsala in freezing rain.

Comment: We travelled with bikes. You have to stand in the fume of all the Trucks in Front of the ship before they let you in and you are the last one to get out, so you have to stand in the fume of the Trucks inside to boat again… with Colorline and Fjord line it worked much better for cyclists.

Comment: I’m so disappointed! Even though I’m 99% sure that I DID book my dog on the ferry, I was told that I didn’t so I couldn’t board the ferry as the allowance had already been reached (13 dogs I was told). Now even if the case is that I somehow didn’t book her a ticket the fact that Stena Line can not make a simple exemption (I even suggested I could sit outside with her for the whole journey if necessary) is just insanely bad customer service! Literally no one would have suffered if just one more dog was onboard this massive ferry! Had to rebook the ticket which now means that I now will miss the christening of my best friends daughter where I was supposed to be the godmother! Just because you couldn’t go a little “above and beyond” in your customer service! It’s not like the ferry would sink if my little dog boarded it… do better
