Comment: Amazing place for a sunset when it’s not very cloudy. Great view of the Canals and when it’s dark, you can see the amazing colorful lanterns in restaurants. The gondolas are looking great too

Comment: the AVM/ACTV public transportation service is designed by idiots. No signage, no directions, a non-functioning app. Never succeeded to scan the app QR code from the ticket that I bought via the app, needed to crawl under the gates to get through. Tried the QR code at 6 different stations, none of them worked. How hard can it be to create a working system? The vaporettos themselves are great though.

Comment: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this public transport service. The tickets were incredibly expensive, and the service was severely inadequate for the number of passengers. The waiting room was overcrowded, and despite waiting for two boats, we were unable to board due to the excessive number of people. This led to chaotic scenes as passengers scrambled to get on. Overall, it was a highly stressful and unpleasant experience.

Comment: The staff are extremely rude, they don’t want to answer what you ask as if you lived there and knew how it worked. In all of Italy, the worst place treats tourists badly.

Comment: You should change the security guy who is working there. He is not able to manage his duty. Many people waited more than half an hour because of his clumsiness.
