Comment: We arrived today to a disappointing refusal of boarding until the cargo guy Gary (top g) (the main man) had his lunch,did a quick review of the situation, and absolutely saved the day by getting us fitted on his crossing.
Don’t know your full name but kudos to you for making it a fantastic trip.

Comment: We were denied boarding even with tickets booked and reserved way ahead. Standbys were let to board when when we were present. We arrived at 10.11am for 10.30 ferry. Not even single vehicle was boarded when we arrived. Which rule in the world lets a standby passenger go through before ticketed passenger even when the ticketed passenger is present. I felt like the guy who spoke to us was rude and when we requested him, he said “dont bring your please” .. way to go sir. The whole image I had about Scottish people just went down the drain after I spoke to this guy here at this terminal. This place is Big scam and follows unfair process. Avoid this place.
