Comment: The best ferry we were on. Beautiful bar area, restaurant, pool & gym outside, spacious super clean cabins, with water bottles on the bed table, we were traveling with our dog that got its own bag with water toys and a blanket to sleep on. Super friendly crew and great service.

Comment: We booked a crossing with a pet friendly cabin. A few days before sailing we were told that we would be sent with another company to Cuitadella rather than Mahon which was ok. Three hours before we were due to leave we were told we no longer had a cabin – really not great when travelling with elderly parents and animals. The worst thing is that Trasmed didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience or explain why they couldn’t have given prior notice. Would highly avoid this company if possible.

Comment: Good service with the staff. We was delayed a bit getting on the coach to the ferry which is a two minute drive but was all go after that. We was on an overnighter and didn’t have rooms so had to use the seats available as did a lot of people but there is plenty of space with several large seating areas with hundreds of seats so we had our own room to chill in just didn’t get much sleep. Seats don’t recline much and leg room is bad but was a good experience to go at night. They had the kitchen open when we first got on so we got some food. Not much tho, some rice dish, fish and a drink and it cost £15. The food was bad tho, was hard like it had been over cooked or microwaved. If you do the trip take food on. There’s a microwave you can use and a large dining area. You can access the deck area all night long tho so can chill out there if you want. Definitely worth the experience for £15 Barcelona to Palma

Comment: We bought our ticket from Barcelona to Ibiza and were shocked when we got on the ferry. We didn’t have a seat to ourselves and we had to sit anywhere in the cafe part for 9 hours. They picked us up while we were sitting in relatively comfortable seats in one of the cafes and said that this part would be locked all night. For this reason, we moved to the next section and had to sit on chairs where it was impossible to sleep. People slept on the floor all night. It was inhumane. It is unethical to sell the chairs in the cafeteria and not make the necessary disclosure before the sale process. Shame on you Transmed. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Comment: Very easy boarding and organisation – amazing day for sailing and got there on time – would recommend the dog cabin if travelling with pet as the kennels are outside
