Comment: Big harbor and terminal, there are multiple different cruise ships disembarking from this port. The facilities are fine and the service is good. It is easy to find your way around or find and employee who can help you. Taxis and busses out front as well as other transportation options nearby.

Comment: Although booking with a baby, and having a baby on board card on the mirror (supplied by the check in desk); they still managed to place us at the lowest possible deck (1) and then the climbing of the stairs to deck 6 starts.
Loading and unloading the boat takes ages. As the design and drive trough of the boat is not handy at all. In 180° corners cars have to go and reverse an go again to be able to make the turn. Did have to wait over an hour to let through downstairs to the car.
On the other hand, there is some romance in traffeling by boat. Plus there is no weight limit for your car, so bring as much stuff as you want.
Recommend to either not pre order food, or only the breakfast, as might end up very full and could save costs for other meals.
Announcement on board at 22:00. While leaving at 21:00. So just when the baby sleeps, load noise.
Also again at 8:00, only stating breakfast is ready. It is ready long before this. Imagine a hotel doing this….
Overal the staff on board is very friendly, but not all speak English. Most do speak Lithuanian, Russian and German. It just adds to the holiday feeling. Besides pointing at stuff makes you come a long way.
