Comment: Good services. Tax free shopping is more expensive than a regular supermarket, but cool that they offer it. I was outside for a long time on the top deck, as the lounges were full and there’s no seating place left. It was a nice trip from Denmark to Norway.

Comment: Ferry itself was excellent but loading poor.
Via car it is easy enough to find the terminal entrance but once there no signs on how to line up and no personnel. People decided themselves and organised by type of vehicle but when staff arrived only one kiosk opened so people loaded out of order. Were then just moved to other part of parking area. When loaded placed many cars on slope on ship although plenty of space, couple of people had issues with brakes.
Once onboard very comfortable and spacious seating areas and smooth crossing. Was quick and can recommend. Small coffee/snack bars available.
Cool views from inside and on deck as approach Norway.

Comment: What a ridiculous mess. Paid for the lounge hoping for a good view – but single people get seated in the middle so no view. Whereas in the common area I could have sat for free. The food stations were a mess – permanent queue, they constantly run out of food and even no coffee cups at both stations (on a 9:45 sailing!) Before this, I ended up in the slowest check-in lane where the employee was barely moving. Waited over an hour watching other lanes clear. In the end sidestepped to another lane and was checked in in about 30 seconds (I had a prepaid ticket) – I understand you might have a new employee but why don’t you assign a supervisor to help him???
Terrible, terrible experience. I booked this because I wanted to experience this Fstr ship, it is my first large ferry sailing, and it is leaving such a bad taste in my mouth.
They probably don’t read comments, but if you are thinking about spending money on their lounge, it’s probably not worth it.

Comment: We sailed on the Stavangerfjord to Stavanger on the overnight crossing from Hirtshals. The crossing was calm and all went well. The ship and cabin were of excellent quality. As we were late boarding and early disembarking we did not dine but this also looked Good quality, if a tad expensive.
This is an excellent route to Western Norway and for touring the western fjords. The cabin we booked was very nice and very clean.

Comment: Very nice boat, clean and friendly crew. Efficient loading and sailed on time. I found the cost to be very good value for money, camper-van (less than 6 meters) with 1 passenger and the Buffet (which guarantees seating) for €160 in July. To cross the Irish Sea (about 4 hours sailing as well) would cost nearly double. I really liked the buffet and it was good value €19, includes seat for the duration of the sailing. The buffet closes about 45 minutes before arrival and you can use it up until then. (Drinks station closes 30 minutes before arrival)
