Comment: Poor organization of the ferry. There is one huge queue for check-in, which stretches from the highway. The toilets in the terminal itself are dirty.

Comment: Finding the right route to the ferry is not easy. Signage could be better for first time drivers. There is no one there to ask.
I had to use the toilet on site and visited the sanitary container. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to sit down.
