Comment: This small efficient dock is quick and easy to access. At the moment there is another larger dock being built next to it, which will shortly replace it. Plenty of parking and a large terminal al where the tour buses pull in, to take the cruise ship passengers on day tours of the area. But in the meantime this little dock is still user friendly and will present you with no problems at all, regardless of age or infirmity

Comment: Lovely clean area and facilities with friendly staff. There are cafes with food and drinks at both ferry terminals at Cape Jervis and Penneshaw. You can also purchase food and drink on board the ferry.

Comment: Very nice terminal with easy check in. Gift shop situated inside with option to buy coffee, light snacks etc
Plenty of seating. Nice views from terminal whilst waiting for boarding. Welcoming staff.

Comment: Friendly staff. Easy to book. Clean facilities and many seats in the booking centre. There’s a cafe inside the centre. Easy to board the vessel. For passengers without cars, you can put your luggage in a Sealink van, so that you do not have to carry on board the vessel. Then you can just collect your luggages once the vessel berth on the other side.

Comment: We arrived at the Ferry a few hours early and went to check in and the lovely staff insisted they could fit us on a earlier sailing. Went above and beyond with their customer service. Gave us a nice welcome for our trip over to Kangaroo Island. Thanks very much!
