Comment: There’s bussing from the ship to the port authority. This area seems heavily industrial. There were cruise protesters awaiting arrivals outside of the port authority building. It’s not my favorite port area, but it’s also not bad. Once you get into Bruges, it’s fantastic. It’s worth the trip.

Comment: Did not require clearing customs. Shuttle bus from dock to cruise terminal. Busy Comercial port, no sight seeing at the poet. Bruge is a short bus ride and is a great city to explore. Tours pick up at the terminal.

Comment: Wow…this was a complete disaster of a port terminal…having to take a shuttle from your ship to the terminal was horrible. Then having to wait for a bus from the terminal to town on top of that was horrible. It took us 3 and a half hours to get off the ship and I to the city of Bruges. Also had to wait an hour and a half to get a bus back to the terminal. The city of Bruges was amazing, I just recommend you don’t access it through a cruise ship.

Comment: We stopped here for 1 day during our NCL cruise, the terminal is easily reached by a free shuttle bus and from there you can get into Bruges. We booked a bus transfer into the city from a company located right opposite the terminal.

Comment: Clean waiting areas and toilets. Free WiFi. Short bus transfer from ship to port exit may be a problem for some with reduced mobility but staff are on hand to help
