Comment: Ferry goes every 20 minutes from here in the summer. Don’t get scammed, take this one with HSL ticket or pass, way cheaper than te so called “water-bus” operated by another company. The ride is around 15 minutes, while you can check out the Viking Line harbour, and the Market Square from a unique angle.

Comment: This is the ONLY departure point for the public ferry back to Helsinki from Suomenlinna Island. If you’re planning to take the public ferry using your HSL ticket, you need to come back here after visiting the island. The other pickup points are for the private waterbus. Ferry departs every 20 minutes.

Comment: It’s perfect for a one day trip! We are lucky to take the tour in a sunny day, you would have a lot of fun gong through the fortress tunnel system, there are a few souvenir shops and quite some coffee shops on the island. Would be a great place for artists to chill and doodle.

Comment: Beautiful island with old military fortress. 15 mins get from Helsinki waterfront. Beautiful views of the Baltic. Nice walking trails, restaurants, museuem, parks. Must see

Comment: Super cozy place! Small island where still live people. There are a lot of old wooden buildings, fortress, church, dugouts and beautiful nature.
