Comment: We often travel out of Le Havre but not often into the port. Disembarking was smooth, customs friendly and getting off the port was easy. We arrived at 8.30 and the port is in the centre so it was straight out into traffic. We were soon out of the city and on the motorway.

Comment: The city was dirty and nothing was open. The ferry terminal has very few facilities and the Douane was closed and the tax refund scanner was not working. The staff said “I have bad news it’s all closed and we can’t help you

Comment: A generally good experience. However, if you take a room you should be able to get Wifi not loose it in the room because it’s not available. Pay more and dip out ! Interesting concept.
