Comment: There are a lot of seats available, some without arm rests so a few people were sleeping past 11pm. It felt safe and well lit. There was a security guard who was very helpful, making sure we felt safe and made sure we got the right bus.
There is an accessible washroom on the main floor and other washrooms upstairs. They were pretty gross though and you had to pay 6 pesos.
The departure screens only show buses leaving soon so if you’re there early your bus may not be shown.

Comment: ADO GL from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido, terrible service. The security guard when boarding the bus is arrogant and abusive. You are not allowed to bring backpacks on board. Why does one come to Oaxaca if not to buy crafts and clay? Well, everything goes down and they don’t care if it breaks, they throw the packages and suitcases with the clay crafts at the bottom of the bus. Then when you go up the police come up and without your authorization they take video of you one by one! How do you know it’s for your safety and that they won’t hand her over to Narco? What happened to the 43 from Ayotzinapa who were handed over to the drug trafficker from an ADO Justo bus? Terrible traveling in ADO GL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Comment: A horrible terminal when passing through.
I went to the bathroom and seeing that there was no paper, I went to an office (the one in the photo) where there was a guy at a desk and he had a roll of paper on the desk. I asked him to give me some and he told me that I should ask the guard (do me a favor); The security guard told me that the cleaning people had not put in paper yet and I don’t know what else that didn’t solve my problem. I ended up buying klinex at the store. Thank goodness there is a store! But it seems terrible to me and a lack of attention.

Comment: The attention is one of the worst, at the box office they are not slow what follows, they have left countless buses in line because they have taken up to 30 minutes to sell me a ticket, I use ado because there is no other but if I could I would never go to the I ado campeche. I’m not one of those people who complain but they really have bad service. Slow!!!

Comment: I’m dialing to ask for information about hours and prices and nothing! I’m dialing to reserve a ticket and nothing! I think the service you provide is very terrible! Or they don’t want to pay staff!! or they just don’t feel like answering the phone!! They only have it for decoration! Lousy!!!
