Comment: Its like a walk thru a mall with a few good shops,an art gallery and a library at street level. Best of all is Port city coffee with its great breakfasts at an affordable price. At weekends the place is crowded when it turns into a market with stalls selling all types of goods.Of, course it is also a very functional place for ferry crossings to Halifax

Comment: Beautiful alternative to the busy boardwalks of Halifax. If you need a break from the constant crowds and busy atmosphere of Halifax’s waterfront, try taking a quick ferry ride over to Alderney Gate. There is a well maintained park, lots of benches, and even a play area for the kids. Not to mention amazing views of the Halifax skyline. Day or night, rain or shine, if you haven’t been here, you should give it a visit.

Comment: This place is Absolutely Awesome!!!
I can not stress that anymore, from their outside staged concerts, to interior refuges.
Also for those into Pokemon Go; this area has some of the Best return of spawned pokemon and pokemon gyms in all of Canada. (Well its the best for Nova Scotia.)
Also the upkeep and staff are great; newly renovated not too long ago, from the wharf entrances, to the underground garages.
If your short on Money $$$ the ferry terminal is perfect, you can travel via Alderney-Downtown Halifax, and Woodside-Downtown Halifax.
Its the same fair for H.R.M. Transit: (Halifax. Regional Municipality.)

Comment: Great for tourists who are travelling around the world or even just maritimes, Atlantic Canada as well as just even Canada the viewing is. Beautiful the ferry ⛴️ was awesome took us from Halifax to Dartmouth and then back we got to see the beautiful city of. Dartmouth the downtown main central part of the areas the Halifax and Dartmouth waterfront has lots of very good interesting things and places.

Comment: Quick, easy and cheap way to see the harbour! $2.75 and if you are back within 2 hours you get a transfer so that you don’t have to pay again.
