Comment: They make it very easy to know what to do and where to go. We had no problem at all getting our truck and travel trailer in and out of the ferry.

Comment: We have gone on this ferry before with no problems tonight is a Different story. We have even seen a vehicle pull up where there was no line with 5 other lines that should go before them and get fitted into a very short line. There didn’t seem to be any emergency flashing lights or so on. Also if it was an emergency they would have put them ahead of our line and the one next to us first. Don’t know if he’s a friend or what but he was in an area where it was VERY easy for them to turn him around and they did not! We had been waiting a good 40 minutes before they even pulled up. Not very fair for those waiting. We waited an hour & 11 mins to be loaded!! This was at 6:56p.m. we were finally loaded. The longest we have waited before was 25 minutes. For some reason tonight they were anything but on the ball to make things happen.
