Comment: Quick, inexpensive & fun way to get across to Balboa Island. Be sure to have cash, small bills on hand. They only take cash but have the ability to give you change. $1.75 for adult pedestrian. Employees were very friendly. Pedestrian, car and bikes welcomed.

Comment: You can ride across in your car, or get out to enjoy the ocean air. You can also bring a bicycle on or walk on. It’s a pretty short and smooth ride. And very reasonably priced.

Comment: Best ride in town. It’s a quick ride, under 10 minutes, and for $1.25 you can get across to the Island and back to the Peninsula. You can’t beat the experience, especially since you don’t have to worry about fighting for traffic on the Island.
