Comment: I can truly only recommend this company. Their staff was very friendly, despite large crowds and very helpful making sure everybody was accommodated for. The best part was there on board concierge service. They help you make plans and give recommendations on what to do in Provincetown.
The picture you see are l some of the views, the only thing I would like to add as a recommendation for this company would be a decaf coffee on board and clearer signage as to whether a toilet is in use or not.

Comment: Fast ferry to Provincetown. Left Boston seaport at 1pm, spent the day in Ptown, then took the ferry back to Boston at 7pm. Great way to travel & explore Ptown for the day. Highly recommend.

Comment: Provincetown Fast Ferry offers a comfortable and pleasant way to travel from Boston to Provincetown and avoid the tedious route over land 🙂 I have taken this ferry many times over the years and particularly enjoy the stunning water views of Provincetown you get as you enter the port.
Today, my experience was made even better when I received a stellar customer service response to an issue that I had. In summary, I may have made an error on the website when purchasing my ticket, which was compounded by a potential oversight by the ticket staff when I picked up my ticket, combining to result in my paying twice what I should have for a single round trip adult fare.
When I reported what happened on my return to the Boston ticket office, I was worried that I would not be able to prove what happened. I was pleasantly surprised when the issue was escalated to management, who may have been the owner, and who resolved the issue respectfully and efficiently. I will feel good about continuing to patronize the Bay State Cruise Company and the Provincetown Fast Ferry for years to come.

Comment: The ferry to and from Provincetown was great however I’m giving them only 3 stars because on our way back to Boston they announced that you can purchase a $15 ticket for a water taxi that would take you directly to Boston airport from the port in just 5 minutes. This was a complete lie. Yes there is a quick water taxi, but you then have to lug your luggage onto a shuttle that takes you to the airport. The entire trip took about 15 minutes. An Uber would have been quicker and less money. I didn’t like being deceived!

Comment: We ended up not riding the ferry because inclement weather caused unsafe conditions for the boat, but I really respect the way they handled the situation. We were alerted that they wouldn’t be able to run the ferry as scheduled with as much advance warning as you can get for weather events, and we were offered an alternative method of transit to our destination. Mirabella Demarino was extremely helpful, professional, kind, and understanding over email support as well.
