Comment: Scheduling could use some work. When you leave one ferrie and plan for next one, drive at any speed and you miss the next one. This requires you to sit at the terminal for around 2 hours. If they were offset by middle sailings you could match up if you had any urgency to your destination. The way that it is, that’s impossible. With traffic and road condition, a Ferrari couldn’t do it.

Comment: The staff are amazing and facilities and will kept. Their time though could be better to connect with the other ferry going to sechelt. It’s impossible to make it from one ferry to the other without just missing it and having to wait two hours. In the 39 degree heat this was absurd. No idling your car for ac! Even if the waiting room is packed full of people and no room. I idled anyhow cause I had my infant daughter with me to look after but got looks for doing it.
Common guys adjust the times so you don’t make people wait obscene times

Comment: It’s a ferry terminal. It’s kept as well as expected, but there’s a known issue with the ferries app that displays all sailings as full. This caused us to be 2.5 hours early for a sailing that was half empty. Furthermore, you can not reserve this departure, and the sailings do not line up between it and the comox route. Thus, you are forced to wait long periods between already sparse sailing times. Lastly, there is nothing in the form of profitable diversions like a coffee or food outlet, so prepare for some fasting, lol. This is the only terminal I’ve experienced like this. The staff were great, but it is clearly lacking what should be considered some essentials.

Comment: We arrived at Langdale 1 hour and 30 minutes ahead of the 1:15 sailing and were told we may not get on due to amount of commercial traffic, as they have priority, even though when we arrived the parking area foe the 1:15 sailing was virtually empty. I don’t believe the ferry system would allow other traffic to take priority when we got there early enough to be able to get on.
