Comment: I took the ferry from Boston to Provincetown and back! I had a great experience getting information about the ferry rides and was easily able to purchase a ticket. Boarding is quick and easy, and the whole ride is lovely. I like that there’s a bar downstairs so you can get a drink and a snack! Try taking a ferry if you haven’t yet, it’ll be a good experience!

Comment: Avoid City Experiences if you’re going to Provincetown. Bay State Cruises is better on every level. It’s locally owned, with better-maintained, less-packed ships and the ability ro speak with a real human being (withough wasting 10 minutes going through a complex, national voice menu) if you need to make any changes. When City Experiences was still Boston Harbor Cruises it was competitive (though still worse), but now it’s just a pain.

Comment: Disappointed. A Halloween party with no Halloween decorations AT ALL! They sold as “Saints and Sinners” theme, but there was NOTHING there. Barely had party lighting

Comment: If you’re booking online make sure to stop in at ticket booth and double check your ferry and location, our ferry name changed from our booking online and NO notification so we were waiting at the wrong gate for the wrong boat along with several other people! The ticket agent was super helpful and helped us rebook for a later ferry but our trip was still delayed 2 hours : /
