Comment: Despite all the bad press re the French customs I can only say this did not apply to the St Malo team. They were fast, efficient and very friendly and polite. Made all the difference to a great week around the St Malo area.

Comment: Had dreaded the trip but after 10+ years of using the Chunnel we fancied a change of route. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were so friendly and the price of food and drink was definitely reasonable – cheaper than bars in St Malo. I might even go this way again!!

Comment: Very windy and wet. Crossing was a bit lumpy, The boat was very quiet , most of the cafes and bars were closed . Look forward to another crossing, hopefully during warmer weather, when the boat is busy
