Comment: Absolutely gorgeous wilderness location.
Island. Plentiful wildlife saw wild gators. Many birds lotza of butterflies. The walk from the boat to the beach.
Is well marked, however the walcome. It’s very poorly marked and easy to get lost. They need to improve their signage, Or offer golf cart rides. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with some safety concerns. Provide a gravel trail with colored stones and off for shuttle at the price. You’re receiving for a boat ride. You should provide a shuttle.

Comment: If you are a nature lover, Bull’s Island in the Cape Romain National Refuge is a Must! Take Plenty of water, sunscreen & BugSpray!!! Coastal Expeditions is a Great Company! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They offer many options for outdoor adventures. They can recommend a trip to meet your needs.

Comment: A beautiful trip where we saw animal tracks, wildlife, history, and views we had never seen before!
We found a washed up boat, starfish, knobbed whelk shells (one with a snail still living in it!), sand dollars, dolphins, it was incredible!
Annie was very knowledgeable and a big help in making the trip informative and exciting!
I live 10 hours away but I for sure want to come back. There’s too much to see and learn for just one trip!

Comment: Both the Naturalist and Ferry Captain were extremely knowledgeable, giving informative presentations, both going to and coming back from Bulls Island. They also gave excellent directions on how to best navigate the island once there. I went specifically to go birding and had a great time.

Comment: Wonderful experience totally worth it. Bring bug spray, hat, snacks, lots of sunscreen, and lots and lots of water. We had a wonderful time but it was hot. Collected several shells including a few small conch shells and even found some sand dollars. Came across a boat wreck an old fiberglass boat, and an old shipwreck that they say is from the 1800s.
