Comment: Nice little ferry ride to PEI. Made a day trip by leaving Moncton. Took pictou ferry to PEI. It’s free if you arrive in time to get on. You can reserve to save a spot if you absolutely need to be on it. Not very busy when we went.

Comment: Very nice ferry service, and free to get to PEI. You only need to pay to get off the island. The crossing was short and efficient (about 75 minutes), and my only negative comment would be about the food, which is way too expensive and served by stingy workers.

Comment: Used with our rental car to cross from Caribou, NS to Wood Islands, PE. The ferry staff were great. Had some good food during the trip from the small cafeteria on board. It was a nice break from driving while traveling the east coast.

Comment: Great experience, the ride was very smooth and efficient. There’s plenty of seating aswell as a café on the ship, plus amazing views of the Caribou Lighthouse, Wood Islands Lighthouse and Caribou Provincial Park from the upper decks of the ship.
