Comment: It was a beautiful day, on my way back from Oakdale, so I decided it was the perfect opportunity to take the ferry. Note, it was a Tuesday afternoon @ 3 PM.
I drove up, was 3rd in line, was the last car on, and was on the other side in 6-7 minutes. On the other side, there were 12-15 vehicles waiting, but each trip is only 5 minutes, so the wait wouldn’t be long.
As you will see in my photos, the scenery is so beautiful!
Do yourself a favor, take a road trip and one of Connecticut’s ferries!
