Comment: We took the water taxi from the wharf to Alexandria and back. We bought the tickets on line and scheduled both of the rides. It was $132 for three of us which seems high for a boat with a non functioning bathroom.
At the same time it was nice to be in the Potomac.

Comment: I love taking the water taxi from Old Town Alexandria to The Wharf. Best value as a local is to get the season pass. I feel like I have my own boat and I don’t need to worry about parking.

Comment: I just did the City Cruise dinner yesterday. The staff were very friendly and hospitable . The setting was very nice , there was a DJ with nice selection of songs.
The reason for the 3 star rating is the food. My salmon was just horrible it was very dry and tasteless. The salad was very poor. The chicken was tender but portion very small.
I would rather do the cruise without the food because it made it a bad experience for me.

Comment: Took a sunset round trip cruise to Georgetown. Didn’t get off the boat there, but we had so much fun. I’d recommend a shorter trip if you have a toddler. Just realized all of our pictures are on the actual camera. Maybe I’ll add them later.

Comment: Took a water taxi from the wharf to national harbor. It was nice. Took about an hour. Had a stop in Alexandria before completing the trip to national harbor. It was so hot outside but once the taxi got going, I was able to feel the breeze. Once it stopped in Alexandria, I did go inside to get the AC lol. They had a concession inside so you can get beverages. Wish I would’ve known that when I first got in. Definitely will definitely partake next time.
