Comment: Impeccable service here- the lady in front of us in the standby lanes car died and they jumped it for her. She even still was able to make it on the ferry. They made sure of it. We also got a discount for being a compactcar- we didn’t know we qualified and they still have us the discount!

I would however make a reservation for the time you want! But they will try to get you on.

Great service and beautiful ride!

Comment: I arrived at the ferry terminal at 1:15 on a Wednesday afternoon; there were no tickets for next ferry and he said I would most likely make the 4:15pm. So I purchased and waited… I did not make the 4:15 even though I would have been standby car number 8 and he said they always hold 10 standby slots for every ferry ride. The people in the dock were also unhelpful and rude when people approached them for information. I think the people need to be more approachable or the website needs to provide more Information regarding this process. I am disappointed.

Comment: For us and our children, this ferry crossing was like a little trip. We stood and waited for the ferry like a small miracle))) We all really enjoyed sailing on the ferry. We crossed during sunset, an incredible sight !!!

Comment: Make a reservation in-order to hold a spot in the ferry and leave on time. We didn’t make a reservation thinking that it would not be crowded on a weekday. But we were wrong. Ferry Industry has not yet caught up with Post covid travel surge. We had to be on standby for almost 4 hours before we could get on the ferry. Staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions.
