Comment: Captain Oscar and Paulette are fantastic! We went on our first sunset cruise for our 20th anniversary in 2021. It was so fun that we brought our son for his 18th birthday. We spent time cruising out, then stopped for a swim before turning around to see the beautiful Mexican sunset. This will definitely be our family tradition. Margaritas, beer, and water with a snack are included in the price.

Comment: We had the best time with Delmar Charters in Rocky Point. We had a 1/2 day fishing and caught over 30 fish. We went to bird island the next day and swam with sea lions. A pod of dolphins followed our boat going out and coming back. Everyone on their staff was great. Our boat captains were amazing. It made our trip. Check them out!

Comment: My friend and I booked the entire boat for an all day fishing charter on their 30 ft grady white. They offered zero help getting our gear down a steep ramp to the boat. They didn’t pay for a deck hand only because there were two of us. We left on time and moored just outside the port to catch our own bait.after that we traveled 18 miles out to the first location and spent an hour to catch one 20 lb white sea bass. I asked the captain to give me our cooler to get a drink only to find out he had left our cooler on the dock. From there we traveled another hour + to the second location where we caught a 40 lb grouper within 15 minutes. At that point our captain literally quit fishing the reef and we drifted aimlessly across barren ground. As soon as he could get away with it he told us to retrieve our bait and headed to port fo another hour + boat ride. When we got back to port there was no help to get our gear up the steep ramps from the dock. The captain started fileting our two fish while we (two seniors) got ourselves and our gear up the steep ramp. After we got loaded and back to our accommodations I found that a good portion of our catch was missing. I did finally get my cooler back the following day which required a specialities back into town to do so. Maybe if you are a fishing novice, you might think that was a successful trip, but I know better. It was pretty much what you better expect from any and all the Puerto Penasco. They will take advantage of the gringo at every opportunity.

Comment: Sunset Cruise was the perfect ending to our week long stay in Puerto Peñasco. $40 per person included open bar (soft drinks, water, beer, and margaritas) and an hour long snorkeling swim. Defiantly a more relaxed, chill, and intimate experience. All the other boats seemed more of a party vibe. The captain even had his personal batch of cinnamon tequila, 10x better than fireball. Best Sunset over the Sea of Cortez and even saw a dolphin. Would recommend to beat the heat and have a nice relaxing afternoon.

Comment: Excellent experience. As a solo woman, I was very concerned about my safety, but I felt safe joining in on the sunset cruise. If the street was full for parking, there was a lot directly across the street that was $5 to park, and the boat was just around the corner. There were a couple of other groups that had reserved, so I was able to tag along. The captain and crew were very friendly, would joke around with us, and were amazingly caring (they went above and beyond for an elderly couple on the boat). The boat was in great condition, and being able to get off the boat and swim in the middle was the feather in the cap. This was everything I had hoped for, and more.
