Comment: Been riding ferry since a teen in the 80’s, when a Schlitz was $.80 on board.
Service is still great and it doesn’t cost much more than driving to and fro for me; as a foot passenger.
My folks have a vacation home in N.CMay. I take my spouse and kids on the ferry from De. and love it.
Its peaceful, with the soft bay rocking the ferry; it puts me in a serene state.
I get in vacation mode before I even hit the other side.
The Orange Crushes are a must for those 21 yo as well. Only on board and at terminals have I had one.
The kids love the ferry ride and ask when we can do it again every time.
*You can make reservations online and use your cell as an E ticket.
Not DRBA fan but I give the ferry a solid “B”.

Comment: A most pleasant experience. Staff is always patient, helpful and friendly. The ferry service is a nice break from the driving when going to DE.
